FAQ
You will receive an email with some questions and available consulation dates for your reading.
Once we have scheduled your reading a video conferencing link will be emailed to your for the time and date of the online consultation.
You can both meet me in person in my studio in Amsterdam or arrange an online reading with me.
If you need more clarification, or would like to talk to me first before deciding on a specific reading, feel free to email me.
After we scheduled a reading you will receive an invoice with my bank account number and BIC or Swiftcode (for outside of EU). Payment must be received before I can confirm your reservation.
If you need to cancel your appointment (and are not able to reschedule) a refund of 100% is provided if you cancel 4 days (96 hours) ahead of your confirmed appointment.
If you cancel 3 to 2 days (72-48 hours) ahead of time, you will receive a 50% refund.
Rescheduling is always possible 2 days (48m hours) in advance of the reading with no cost. From 2 days on (48 hours) ahead of time, a 50% cost will be charged.
Another possibility is to change your reading from video call (or session) to a audio-recording in mp-3, with no cost at all, at any time.
I need your date of birth, place of birth and exact time of birth.
It’s important to know exactly what time you were born. If your parents don’t know, you could find out by requesting a birth certificate from the birth registry of the municipality in question, or try the hospital you were born.
